I was informed of a video at Youtube, thanks Nanoxtoni, of a 'HACKED MYLO LOADER'. See for yourselvles:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FkIc576bNyk
It shows a recording of a Mylo starting up & then booting up into a custom booted screen. The seems to be a few problems that I've noticed whilst playing it a few times:
The 'Power On' button is already on & is not pressed at all.
The Mylo (v1.0 & v1.1) ONLY show the Sony logo from a hard reset & is then followed by a Mylo loading screen which lasts for 15-40 secs
Doesn't show the main menu after loading.I think this person (who by looking at his other YouTube videos are involved in video effects) has created the video & is just playing it back on the Mylo.
I've quickly created a similar video using FlashMX to demonstrate how this could be done, this could be exported as an AVI and converted for Mylo playback. I have contacted the user for more details.
