Is there any website where you can download LEGAL free movies and television shows?

I have seen thousands of websites that you can download free videos. But there's a catch... it says "videos made for the iPod Video. Are iPod videos compatible with the Sony Mylo? I don't really care if it's wmv or stuff like that, after all, I have PSP Video 9. So I think I'm checked-off the list; LOL! But, so anyways... like I said before, are iPod videos compatible with the Sony Mylo?

IDK, i tried loading up videos i bought outa itunes on my mylo and even after naming em right it dont work, so i dont think so......

I tried too, doesn't work. Deftdrummer has a work around, use M$ Movie Maker 1st. Goodluck.
