As I have thought Sony has stopped supporting the Mylo. I haven't seen or heard anything about it in awhile. It seems though if you goto www.sony.com (http://www.sony.com), look what is right on the front page!

This makes me think Sony is going to try to push this product and bring it back to life ?

Who knows, I guess only time will tell.

(Well it seems the page is set to alternate which products show on the front page, as I keep refreshing it a new item shows, maybe like 1 of 4 or something. At least its some hope for the future of this product though).

Well IDK about the website, BUT......On my last excusion to the sony style store i saw a brand new mylo deisplay with phanplets (sp?) and a giant mylo esque...umm wooden mylo thing. Anyway this looks like sony is gonna put some more effort into the mylo!

Went into the site, but only Sony TV, Sony E-Book, and Sony Home Theater... No mylo... =(

Could you site a source that says that Sony officially stopped supporting the Mylo? it has not even been out for 6 months yet so I wouldn't go there just yet. If anything I would suspect that the product is just about to reach full swing with perhaps open source code and third party cases etc. But it could still flop. I hate feeling like a guinne pig

well I dont know if its good news or bad news but I was reading the sunday store circulars (looking for a new gadget) and I noticed that several stores had the Sony Mylo advertised in them.

Maybe Sony is getting ready to start marketing and push the Mylo a little bit more.

Why should Sony stop the Mylo?
The black one went life here in Japan at Feb. 5th and is really sold out. The white one will be out in March (this one is also sold out through pre-orders). this means a lot of people will get there Mylos in late March or April.
