Why would Sony only sell them only to the Japanese market and yet sell the mylo to both markets, Japan and US? I couldn't find this at the US SonyStyle website.

The samething goes with the mylo case.

Finally something we all needed rather than two seperate pair of wires/cables just hanging around. Are they wireless? Like wireless headphones? Price? Website?

You can buy these via Sony.jp or via Myloforums. They are usually $21 delivered if you live in the US. They are an adapter to remove the microphone cable supplied with the Mylo.
